The temperate forests are located in Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Asia, Europe, and America as seen on the map.  These following forests are 40-60 degrees north and south of the equator. The major regions of the deciduous forests are found on the northwest of Europe, Canada’s British Columbia, and eastern USA and west of Asia. They are found in a cool climate with an average of 15 degrees.
